Catherine Pastos

Catherine Patsos is a respected health care attorney with extensive experience in representing health care providers, such as physicians, physician practices, clinics and hospitals.  Since joining Kanen Law Firm as of counsel in 2014, her focus has been on advising the Firm's clients on health care reimbursement, regulatory and compliance matters, and fraud and abuse issues.  She represents health care providers in developing arrangements in compliance with federal and state anti-kickback laws, physician self-referral laws, and other fraud and abuse laws and regulations.  In addition, she advises the Firm's clients on audits of Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement, including defending providers in connection with such audits; physician employment agreements; and HIPAA compliance issues.
