Arie E. David
Arie E. David has more than forty years of legal experience as a tenured professor of law, author and practitioner. He specializes in international law with emphasis on complex multi-jurisdictional trusts and estate planning, negotiations and structuring of international transactions, joint ventures and other domestic and foreign investments. Since affiliating with our firm as 'of counsel' in 2010, Dr. David's clients have included celebrities, diplomats and dignitaries, high net worth private clients and foundations. He has also had considerate experience in major civil litigation and international arbitration.
Dr. David has been a full time faculty member of the Yale, Temple, and Hebrew University Law Schools. He authored a book on international law, The Strategy of Treaty Termination, Lawful Breaches and Retaliations (Yale University Press).
Dr. David is a member of the bars of New York (since 1982) and Connecticut (since 1973).
